NO HASSLE - NO NONSENSE “EXCLUSIVE”
LIFETIME WARRANTY

This document guarantees and provides “Exclusive” Lifetime coverage from the company- “Chicago WIndow Pros to the 1st homeowner for custom vinyl windows, patio doors, entry doors & vinyl siding. The product(s) installed on the property of the homeowner will be free of defects
in material and workmanship for as long as the 1st homeowner owns the home. This is a No Hassle Warranty. Coverage is listed as follows:

All vinyl will be covered under warranty against sagging, cracking, chipping, warping, peeling and fading. *Coverage on custom painted exterior windows is 5 years on the color painted.

All glass will be covered under warranty against seal failure, leakage, stress cracks and any form of accidental glass breakage.

All hardware will be covered under warranty including operating mechanisms (for opening & closing window), locks, rollers, handles & lift rails.

All screen frames are covered under warranty against defects in appearance and operation. Screen fabric is covered under normal use and can be replaced at no charge at our store location.

Chicago WIndow Pros covers installation for the Lifetime of this warranty. Does not include exterior capping & industrial silicone caulk.

Warranty is transferable to a 2nd homeowner and will cover product(s) for no more than 25 years from the 1st homeowners installation date.

All service calls in the first year will be covered free of charge from the date of installation. Any service call after 1 year will be strictly for the trip out to the premises at a flat fee.

The warranty is not applicable to any of Chicago WIndow Pros product(s) damaged due to the following: acts of God, war, flood, fire, vandalism, abuse, riots, misuse or neglect.
